Baked Salmon



  • 1 Clove garlic, chopped

  • 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

  • 1/4 tsp. Himalayan salt

  • 1/2 tsp. herbal seasoning blend

  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 (6-oz.) salmon fillet, wild caught


  1. Combine garlic, oil, basil, salt, seasoning blend, lemon juice, and parsley in a small bowl; mix well.

  2. Place salmon in a shallow dish; pour marinade over salmon. Marinate for 20 minutes, turning once to get marinade on both sides.

  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place salmon on a piece of aluminum foil. Cover with marinade; seal.

  4. Place sealed salmon on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily when tested with fork.
